Refund policy

Customers are required to notify businesstalkboutique.com of a defective item within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, otherwise it is deemed that the product was received in a good condition. Exchanges Exchanges are only allowed if an item is defective. Returns and Refunds Returns are only allowed if an item is defective. Customers would be eligible for a refund, which would be made back to their same credit/debit cards. In the event a payment was done through bank transfer, the refund will be done through a credit from businesstalkboutique.com or bank transfer prior to the customer preference.
